Video Slide show ordering procedures

Step 1

Send us with the photos or images files you would like to be scanned for the slideshow. Send along with any videos, notes, voice over and script that may help the technician putting together video slideshow.

You can organize your materials by numbering the photo at the back and the image files and content of the title slides to appear. Tell us about the order of your music to be played if you have music added to your slideshow.

If you already have your images in digital format, send us your media in any form and we will copy the files into our audio/video editing equipment to create the slideshow.

Step 2

After scanning your photos or images, we will arrange the materials in the sequence you want and add music, voice over and titles to the slideshow.

Step 3

Once we finish creating your slideshow, we will send the draft for your review to ensure the images, titles and music are correct and meet your original requested.

Step 4

Confirm  the slideshow meets your requirements or provide us with instruction for additional changes. Additional fee may be charged for changes.

Step 5

We produce the final slideshow for you.

Features for each video:

  • Each images is up to 5 seconds

  • 40-50 photos needed for each 5 minutes video.

  • Combining images and video is acceptable

  • Music must be supplied with original CD or receipt for the download from your source or sign a statement that you have the copyright for that music.

  • The video is in 16:9 widescreen formats

  • Effect available: Transitional-Pans-Zoom

  • Hand scan your photo with high resolution

  • Themed introduction and closing

  • Personalized title.
